EQUITY BARRIER
ANALYSIS
NIFRE's equity barrier analysis is designed to investigate and assess what barriers to equity live in company policy, hiring practices, job descriptions, all abilities access, workplace culture and more that may exist in a company that is not built with equity in mind. NIFRE's specialized equity team will give a full report from budget to policy recommendations to improve and inspire an equatable workplace spanning from small business to municipal, county, and state governments.
